Registration Transfer Policy

You may transfer your paid registration to another individual by email, stating the name of the original registrant and the name of the substitute (including address and phone number). All transfers must be requested in writing to conferences@chadd.org by Monday, February 23, 2026.

 

Cancelation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your registration for the conference at any time. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to conferences@chadd.org no later than February 18, 2026, in order to qualify for a refund, minus the $50.00 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after February 18, 2026, or for NO SHOWS.
