Welcome to ADHD ICONnect 2026!
We’re so glad you’re here. ICONnect 2026 brings the ADHD community together online to learn and share in an accessible, flexible, and genuinely welcoming way. The online format offers the same depth and connection people value—just without the travel.
Connect Intentionally
Connection is at the center of ICONnect 2026. Even online, this community creates a space where people feel understood and welcomed. Throughout the conference, you can engage with speakers, take part in chat conversations, and join peer groups for more personal discussions.
Learn Deeply
ICONnect 2026 features a wide range of voices—clinicians, coaches, educators, and people with lived experience. You can move through the content at your own pace, revisit sessions whenever you want, and choose the track that best fits your goals.
Our sessions are organized into three tracks:
- Foundational – supportive introductions to ADHD, executive function, and daily strategies
- Applied Practice – practical tools for routines, communication, work, school, and relationships
- Advanced – deeper conversations, research updates, and stronger frameworks for professionals
Each track provides something unique—core knowledge, practical skills, or advanced understanding—so you can focus on what’s most relevant to you.
Thrive Daily
ICONnect 2026 welcomes the entire ADHD community: adults with ADHD, partners, parents, clinicians, coaches, educators, organizers, and anyone seeking a clearer understanding of ADHD. Thriving looks different for everyone, but it’s supported by clarity, compassion, and community.
As the conference comes to an end, we hope you feel supported, encouraged, and not alone in your work or this journey.
Sincerely,
Tamara, Emily & Ari
