Wainwright Yu is a technology executive, neurodiversity researcher, and leadership coach. He is currently a senior leader at a global technology company, where he has spent over a decade leading large, complex teams at the forefront of innovation and emerging technology. His professional work is deeply informed by lived experience as the parent of multiple neurodivergent children, which has shaped his interest in developing systems and practices that help cognitively diverse individuals grow and thrive.

Wainwright holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He is also a doctoral student (Ed.D.) at Elmbridge University (formerly, Bridges Graduate School of Cognitive Diversity), where his research focuses on leadership, neurodiversity, and human potential. He is a ICF and PAAC certified ADHD coach, and a certificated mindfulness-based strengths practice leader with the VIA Institute of Character.

At the 2026 International ADHD Conference, Wainwright will draw on his current research on the effectiveness of mindfulness-based strengths practice in a workplace context, including early insights from employee participants with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits.
