Speaker Bio (200 words)
Jeremy Didier, LSCSW, LMAC, ADHD-CCSP, is a clinician, speaker, advocate—and proud member of the ADHD + recovery club. As Immediate Past President of CHADD’s National Board of Directors and current Director of Advocacy and Public Policy, she spends her days advancing evidence-based, neuroinclusive care and her nights wondering why she walked into the kitchen.
Jeremy specializes in ADHD and co-occurring substance use, blending clinical expertise with lived experience to create work that is practical, compassionate, and deeply human. As a person in recovery with ADHD, she brings both professional insight and real-world understanding to the complex intersection of neurodivergence, addiction, and healing.
She has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and CBS National News, and is known for delivering talks that are engaging, relatable, and just the right amount of unfiltered.
At home, Jeremy is outnumbered by her five neurodiverse kids, which means she’s constantly learning, adapting, and occasionally hiding snacks. Her superpowers include translating complex ideas into something people can actually use—and finding meaning (and humor) in the messy middle.
