Bob Palacios is an executive/ADHD coach and Responsible AI specialist based in Austin, TX. With over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, privacy, and technical leadership, including more than two decades in presales engineering and global leadership roles at companies like RSA Security, McAfee, and Verisign, he brings rare depth to the intersection of AI, security, and coaching practice.
Bob holds the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential and is an ICF-certified coach (ACC) actively pursuing his PAAC certification in ADHD coaching. He is a member of the ICF AI Council, the International Coaching Federation's strategic advisory body guiding responsible AI integration across the coaching profession, where he serves on the AI Provider Evaluation working group.
