Jordan holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Georgia and a Master of Divinity from Emory University. She specializes in working with adolescents and young adults navigating life transitions, with a particular focus on ADHD, emotional regulation, and identity development.
Her approach is holistic and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) framework. Jordan frequently supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, body image concerns, and disordered eating.

Her clinical work is grounded in the belief that joy and suffering often coexist, and she strives to create a space where clients feel deeply seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their authentic selves. Her clinical interests include ADHD, emotional regulation, grief, spirituality, and identity development.
