Suzanne Sophos, CMPSS, is President of CHADD’s National Board of Directors and Director of CHADD of California. A Certified Peer Support Specialist, coach, and experienced facilitator, she brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals and leading groups that help adults and families living with ADHD feel grounded, understood, and equipped with practical next steps. Suzanne’s work is informed by both professional training and lived experience as an AuDHD, twice-exceptional adult. She’s passionate about reducing stigma, expanding access to evidence-based care, and strengthening the community supports that make it easier to navigate real life between appointments.
