Speaker Bio (200 words)
Tracy Winter, PhD, PCC, has been coaching leaders to engage with their natural ways of thinking to move them toward their goals for over 15 years. Her coaching approach is bespoke for each client, based in adult development models, and neurodiversity-affirming. Because each client has a unique brain, she partners with her clients to co-create unique paths to their unique solutions. Her clients tend to be twice-exceptional, folks who are gifted and neurodivergent in some other way, such as ADHD.
As a co-founder of the Neurodiversity Coaching Academy, she trains and mentors other coaches who want to be more neurodiversity-inclusive in their practices. She also facilitates leadership training for managers at Tesla and coaches students via the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University. She delights in collaborating with her colleagues at Dixon Life Coaching, and she previously served as an instructor and coach mentor at the iACT Center.
Tracy earned a Ph.D. in Human Development and an MA in Human and Organization Systems. She also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a Past President of the ICF Greater Austin Chapter. And she can jumprope tapdance.
