Graham Meckling is an entrepreneur, author, and community builder whose work is grounded in a simple truth: the right environment changes everything. As co-founder of ADHD Central, he is helping build the world's first centralized retail hub for tactile, screen-free ADHD tools — a brand endorsed by Dr. Edward Hallowell and Dr. Russell Barkley, with products sold from coast to coast and shipped around the world.

Graham brings twenty-five years of experience creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to do their best — first as the owner of award-winning Victoria restaurants Stage Wine Bar and The Livet, and now as a workshop facilitator and ADHD advocate. His restaurants earned Restaurant of the Year honours from Vancouver Magazine and a Silver Medal at the Vancouver International Wine Festival, recognition built on a foundation of culture, community, and care.

He is also the author of Babies Don't Talk, a book for new and expecting dads, which speaks to his instinct for meeting people exactly where they are. Graham's lived experience with ADHD shapes everything he builds, and every room he walks into.
