Randy Kulman, Ph.D., is a child clinical psychologist and founder of Digitally Nutritious, a nonprofit that advises parents and providers on the healthy use of screen time and other technologies, such as AI, for neurodivergent youth. For 35 years, Dr. Kulman has also been the Clinical Director and President of South County Child and Family Consultants, a multidisciplinary group of private practitioners specializing in assessment and intervention for children with learning disorders and attention difficulties. Dr. Kulman is the author of numerous blog posts, book chapters, and books, including Playing Smarter in a Digital World and The Gaming Overload Workbook: A Teen's Guide to Balancing Screen Time and Real Life.
