Elaine Taylor-Klaus, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach and internationally recognized thought leader at the intersection of neurodiversity, coaching, and parenting. A 2025 CHADD (Children and Adults with ADHD) Hall of Fame recipient and member of the International Coach Federation's DEIB Committee, she is co-founder of ImpactADHD® (dba ImpactParents.com) and co-creator of the Impact Model, a neuro-informed coaching framework empowering parents and professionals with strength-based, process-focused strategies emphasizing growth, self-advocacy, and collaboration.

Drawing from her personal experience raising an ADHD++ family of six, Elaine commands international stages for both professional and parent audiences.
