Laura Guengerich is a technology leader with more than 16 years of experience designing and managing large-scale enterprise systems across IT, HR, payroll, and operational environments. Her work focuses on building efficient systems, improving automation, and helping organizations reduce complexity in large operational structures.

Currently serving as Manager of Technology Services and Engineering Manager at Rx Savings Solutions, a McKesson subsidiary, Laura leads enterprise technology integrations, automation initiatives, and workforce analytics tools that support organizational decision-making and operational efficiency.

Laura also brings lived experience as an adult with ADHD and as the mother of three neurodivergent children. Navigating both professional technology environments and family life with neurodivergence has given her a unique perspective on how systems—both workplace and household—can either support or overwhelm executive functioning.

She is a strong advocate for neurodiverse systems change in the workplace, working to improve organizational structures that reduce unnecessary cognitive load for neurodivergent professionals. Laura also actively supports and mentors neurodivergent employees, helping them develop effective self-advocacy while creating systems that allow them to succeed.
