Speaker Bio (200 words)
Jing Yang is the founder of MeowyCare, a human-powered ADHD accountability companion service delivering proactive, structured daily support to adults with ADHD across the United States. Drawing on direct service delivery experience with ADHD executives and entrepreneurs, she has designed and iterated a human accountability methodology grounded in executive function theory — including proactive check-in systems, task initiation protocols, and structured failure-recovery frameworks built specifically for the ADHD nervous system. Jing is currently pursuing ADHD coach training through ADDCA, and holds a master's degree in Technology Innovation Management from Carnegie Mellon University, where she also founded the CMU ADHD Group — a peer community supporting students with ADHD. Her prior background includes roles in venture capital and large-scale technology companies, which shaped her understanding of the high-stakes, high-demand environments where ADHD adults most urgently need effective scaffolding. Jing approaches this work from both a practitioner and personal lens, and is deeply embedded in the US ADHD community. Her core belief: the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it is not a willpower problem — it is a scaffolding problem.
