Caroline Maguire, PCC, MEd, is a certified ADHD coach, award-winning author, and leading expert on friendship and social skills for neurodivergent adults. She is the founder and director of the Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families training curriculum at the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and previously served as lead coach at the Hallowell Center in Sudbury, Massachusetts.

Maguire earned her undergraduate degree from Trinity College and her master of education from Lesley University, specializing in social-emotional learning and executive function. Her first book, Why Will No One Play with Me?, won multiple awards including a Best Book Award from American Book Fest and recognition from BookAuthority as one of the best ADHD books of all time. Her new book, Friendship Skills for Neurodivergent Adults: A Guide for the Anxious, Uniquely Wired, and Easily Distracted (2026), presents the first comprehensive, neuroaffirming roadmap to adult friendship for the ADHD and autistic communities.

Her work has been featured in The Washington Post, The New York Times, U.S. News & World Report, ADDitude, Attention magazine, and WebMD. She has worked with neurodivergent clients for more than twenty years.
