Michael Grady McLeod, MA, CCC-SLP, is the founder of GrowNOW ADHD, an executive function coaching organization serving families across eight U.S. locations and virtually nationwide. He is the Wiley-published author of The Executive Function Playbook and co-host of The ADHD Parenting Podcast. He has trained over 1,000 families and developed the proprietary Internal Skills Model for building executive function from the inside out. He lives with ADHD himself — a fact that sits at the center of everything he teaches.
