Jose Rosado, LCPC, NCC, MBA, is a licensed clinical professional counselor with a dynamic career spanning clinical practice, nonprofi t leadership, education, and creative advocacy. With experience as a therapist, executive director, peer recovery specialist, operations administrator, and adjunct professor, he brings a multidisciplinary approach to mental health and human services.
Jose’s work has ranged from overseeing multimillion-dollar federal grants at the Maryland Department of Health to building therapy programs through his private practice, Grey Matter Counseling & Consulting, where he specializes in psychotherapy, coaching, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. He has led workforce development initiatives, managed
statewide recovery eff orts, and launched community-focused programs across both public and private sectors.
Beyond the clinical realm, Jose has taught psychology and business at the college level, created award-nominated podcasts, and developed digital platforms to raise awareness about mental health in the creative community.
