Speaker Bio (200 words)
Jeremy Didier, LSCSW, LMAC, ADHD-CCSP, is a licensed clinical social worker, addiction counselor, national ADHD advocate, and frequent speaker on the intersection of ADHD, executive functioning, and recovery. She specializes in working with adults with ADHD and families navigating substance use challenges, helping people understand how neurodivergence influences relationships, emotional regulation, and recovery across the lifespan.

Jeremy also brings a healthy dose of lived experience to the conversation as the proud mom of five fabulous neurodiverse kids. Living in a house full of creative, curious ADHD brains has given her daily opportunities to test every executive function strategy she teaches—and occasionally be humbled by it.

A national leader in ADHD education and advocacy, Jeremy is the current co-chair of CHADD’s Advocacy & Public Policy Committee. She also serves as Immediate Past President of the Board of Directors for CHADD. She has been interviewed about ADHD by major media and print outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post, and CBS National News.
