Bradley Smith is a Certified ADHD Coach dedicated to helping individuals understand, manage, and leverage their ADHD to build more fulfilling lives. Combining empathy, humor, personal ADHD experience, and evidence-based strategies, he guides clients beyond conventional productivity advice toward practical approaches that hold up in real life with ADHD.
Bradley currently serves as Chair of the ACO Research Committee, volunteers with CHADD, and facilitates the adult ADHD peer support group through CHADD of California. He has presented at multiple CHADD International Conferences on ADHD and has spoken on ADHD at APSARD, as well as for support groups, online summits, and podcasts.
In addition to individual coaching, Bradley leads group coaching programs that foster community, accountability, and meaningful connection. Through coaching, speaking, and group facilitation, he helps individuals translate insight into practical systems that support lasting change. Outside of his mission to advance ADHD understanding, Bradley enjoys learning about culture and history, gaming, and playing with his two energetic kids ages 5 and 3.
