Faelyne Templer is a Board-Certified Leadership, Life, and Career Coach and an Executive Functioning and ADHD Coach with more than 20 years of experience helping people strengthen planning, organization, and time management skills. She specializes in executive functioning coaching for neurodivergent individuals, older teens, and adults, including those with ADHD, and supports clients through life changes, career growth, and everyday challenges. 
Faelyne brings a strong workplace and systems lens to her work. Her areas of expertise include adult ADHD, career development coaching, leadership development, burnout resilience, executive functioning, work-life boundary setting, and ADHD-specific digital management strategies.   She has presented on ADHD in the workplace, inclusive leadership, and group coaching for young adults with ADHD, including at the Annual International Conference on ADHD, and conferences held by the Canadian ADHD Resource Alliance and the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada
She holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University and is affiliated with the ADHD Coaches Organization, the Centre for ADHD Awareness, Canada, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  Her coaching focuses on practical, sustainable systems that help adults create more focus, flexibility, and recovery in daily life and work.
