Shane Thrapp is a Certified ADHD Life Coach and the founder of Creating Order From Chaos LLC, where he specializes in executive function and parenting coaching for neurodivergent individuals and families. Diagnosed with ADHD and autism at 35 and 36 after decades of struggling to understand why he was different, Shane transformed that experience into a coaching practice grounded in values-and-strengths-based approaches and his project management background.
Shane serves as Operations Director for the Men's ADHD Support Group, a nonprofit supporting over 23,000 men with ADHD, autism, and related conditions. He runs one of the largest private neurodivergent parenting communities on Facebook with over 42,000 members and serves on the board of directors for Dueling Minds.
Shane is a father in a blended family with four children and co-hosts the DadDHD Podcast, which bridges research and practical strategies for neurodivergent fathers. He also partners with ScienceWorks Behavioral Healthcare as their Executive Function and Parenting Coach. His mission: helping people build systems that work with their brains, not against them.
