Carrie has been practicing occupational therapy since 2016. She earned her bachelor’s degree in health science and her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Florida (UF). At UF she worked on a research project for young adults with LD and/or ADHD. She continued to dabble in research with that team. As an OT in Austin, she has worked with a wide range of diagnoses in pediatrics in outpatient care, including a niche population of teenagers and adults with sensory processing difficulties impacting daily function. Carrie strives to continue learning and growing while using a neurodiversity-affirming & strengths-based approach.
