Mariah Spradlin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) in the state of Kansas. She is the founding owner of NorthStar Therapy in Wichita, KS. Mariah has provided psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples, and children for over nineteenth years. For the past sixteen years, she has provided clinical supervision and mentoring to master-level social workers, helping them achieve clinical licensure. She completed DBT intensive training with Behavioral Tech in 2023.

Presently, she co-directs Wichita DBT at NorthStar Therapy with her husband, Scott, providing comprehensive DBT services and modified DBT for adults with ADHD, couples, and individuals seeking help with attentional and emotional regulation skills and their relationships. She is co-authoring a new workbook, DBT Skills Workbook for ADHD Adults (2026), to be published by New Harbinger Publications.

Mariah formally held certifications in Dr. Ross Greene’s Collaborative and Proactive Solution (CPS) Model and as an ADHD Clinical Service Provider through the Institute of Certified ADHD Professionals. She has completed over 210 hours of ADHD-specific coaching training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and holds the ADDCA Associate Coach (AAC) designation. Mariah was trained under Dr. Rick Gaskill in child-centered play therapy.

Mariah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Wichita State University (WSU) and a Master's in Social Work from Newman University. Mariah graduated with honors and is a member of the National Honor Society, Psi Chi. She is also a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
