Speaker Bio (200 words)
Lauren Gladstone is an ADHD and Parent Coach who specializes in helping clients create calm and manage the chaos. She works with individuals and families to gain control and balance — for themselves, their child, and their household as a whole. Lauren understands that when ADHD is present in a family, everyone is impacted, regardless of how many family members carry the diagnosis. Her coaching helps clients understand their uniquely wired ADHD brain and develop targeted strategies to build an environment where success and harmony are possible.
For over twenty-five years, Lauren has been a passionate advocate and educator for her daughter, who navigates ADHD and Executive Function challenges. She learned firsthand how to work within health and school systems, and she deeply understands both the joys and the complexities of raising a neurodiverse child. Through patience, persistence, and an unwavering belief in her daughter's potential, Lauren supported her in achieving remarkable success and independence. That journey became the driving force behind Lauren's decision to become an ADHD coach — and it is her heartfelt mission to share that hard-won wisdom with other parents who are finding their own way.
Lauren holds a BA in International Relations from Boston University and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Health Policy and Management, magna cum laude, from New York University. She has earned coaching certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute, advanced certification from ADDCA (ADD Coaching Academy), and certification from the ADHD Parent Coach Academy. In 2023, she received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation — a distinction representing over 900 hours of coaching experience and a deep commitment to the field.
When she is not coaching, Lauren enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis and pickleball, traveling, and exploring the world beneath the waves as a scuba diver.
