Jill Linkoff, PCC, ACAC, is an ADHD Performance Coach and founder of Jill Linkoff Coaching, LLC. She works with high-achieving professionals — including executives, physicians, attorneys, and entrepreneurs — who are navigating the demands of complex workplaces with ADHD.
With 14+ years of coaching experience and over 20 years in Fortune 500 corporate environments, Jill developed The ADHD Architecture Method™, a structured framework addressing six functional domains: Body Intelligence, Systems Architecture, Identity Design, Workplace Navigation, Regulation Infrastructure, and Recovery & Rebuild. Her work translates current ADHD research into practical, sustainable systems with real-world application.
Jill specializes in ADHD in women, including late diagnosis, identity, emotional regulation, and burnout prevention. She designs and leads group coaching experiences for women with ADHD in leadership roles.
She is a former board member of the ADHD Coaches Organization (ACO), a current board member of CHADD of Greater Baltimore, a co-facilitator of a Women's ADHD Support Group, and a contributing partner with Find the ADHD Girls (FTAG).
