Name
South Asian Peer Support Group
Description
Our peer support group provides a safe and welcoming space for all South Asians — whether you have ADHD or AuDHD or not, love someone who has it, work in the field, or simply want to connect with the community.
This group offers an opportunity to explore how neurodiversity intersects with South Asian identity, values, and family dynamics. We welcome all South Asians, including those who hold mixed or diasporic identities. We will discuss strategies for managing ADHD and AuDHD within a cultural framework, navigating stigma, and advocating for ourselves and others in personal and professional settings. Through open dialogue, we will share insights and practical tools while fostering a sense of solidarity and empowerment. Together, we aim to celebrate neurodiversity, embrace cultural sensitivity, and build a supportive community that promotes well-being across the South Asian community.
