Name
BIPOC Neurodivergent Professionals Peer Support Group
Description
Many neurodivergent professionals of color navigate multiple layers of difference in workplaces that were not designed for their ways of thinking, communicating, or leading. This peer support session creates a space for BIPOC adults with ADHD or AuDHD to explore how neurodivergence intersects with race, identity, and professional life. Participants will discuss experiences such as masking across multiple identities, navigating microaggressions and misinterpretation at work, being the “only one” in leadership spaces, and balancing authenticity with safety in professional environments. Through facilitated conversation and reflection, participants will share strategies for sustaining wellbeing, building community, and embracing neurodivergent strengths while navigating complex workplace dynamics. This session is designed as a supportive space for connection, reflection, and collective learning among BIPOC neurodivergent professionals.
