Participants will: - Identify common forms of ADHD-related grief - Recognize how grief can affect individuals and relationships - Participate in a guided exercise focused on grief related to ADHD - Learn practical strategies for processing grief and moving forward This session offers tools for reflection, healing, and stronger communication. Ideal for adults with ADHD, partners, caregivers, and professionals supporting ADHD-affected families.
